A week in reading – March 18-24

What did I finish reading this past week? I had a great reading week this past week and managed to finish reading three books!

Bluff by Michael Cardos ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Gone Missing (Kate Burkholder, #4) by Linda Castillo ⭐️⭐️⭐️
In Every Moment We Are Still Alive by Tom Malmquist ⭐️⭐️⭐️

What am I currently reading? I’m currently listening to First They Killed My Father by Loung Ung on audiobook, an emotional memoir about one woman’s childhood during the Cambodian civil war. It’s intense, but I’m enjoying it. I’m also reading Everything Happens for a Reason by Kate Bowler, an ARC I received from NetGalley. This is also a memoir, and it’s really good so far. After this round of books, I’m going to need something uplifting–both of these books are sad and emotionally distressing.

What do I plan on reading next? Again, I’m trying to plow my way through some ARCs in March. Next up is All the Names They Used for God by Anjali Sachdeva.

Let’s Talk!

What books did you finish reading? What do you plan on reading next?
